Solutions Advisors Awarded Management Contract for The Ambassador of Scarsdale

(PRWEB) August 20, 2014 -- Solutions Advisors, a specialist company for senior living and retirement communities, has been awarded the management consulting contract for The Ambassador of Scarsdale, a luxury assisted living and memory care community under development in the Village of Scarsdale, Westchester County, N. Y.
Scheduled for opening in early 2015, The Ambassador of Scarsdale will provide 110 total units, including 95 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments for assisted living and 20 for memory care.
Featuring well-appointed residences with world-class hospitality and concierge services, the community will offer five-star dining, entertainment and activities as well as access to an 18-hole golf course, swimming pool and additional country club amenities at Saxon Woods.
SA Management will direct all management services, including selection of key management personnel, marketing and leasing during final construction phases through opening and stabilization of the community.
With its creative partner, Retiring by Design, SA Management will also develop community branding and handle advertising services.
