Allan Haley, director of words and letters at Monotype, will present at the Exhibition & Experience Design workshop, a two-day event for designers, architects, technologists, and exhibit planners hosted by the Society of Experiential Graphic Design. During his talk, “Scaling Typography: From Interface to Screen—Fonts, Brand, and the User Experience,” Haley will highlight best practices for using type to design across screens big and small, including mobile devices, tablets and e-readers. The presentation will take place on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at 1:50 p.m. at District Architecture Center in Washington, D.C.
