LPS of USA and Chase Harmer from MLS Hotel Put Together Blueprint for Major Growth in 2014
Nation Wide (PRWEB) August 18, 2014 -- The LPS of USA and MLS Hotel formed a partnership back in 2010 and have been able to establish a great foundation for what should be the best year to date, for growth and change.
The alliance between the LPS and MLS Hotel was established through Bobby Newman, a well-known hotelier from Northern California who was president back in 2010, and every year with each newly elected president, the program has grown stronger with more members signing up to support the growth of the association's bottom line as well as their own.
Today's president, Sunil Patel, comes from a family of leaders, his own brother having been a past president himself. Sunil has put together many priorities that need to be addressed in the upcoming year for the LPS of USA and gaining more traction and membership enrollment with the LPS processing program is a high priority on that list.
Over the last 4 years MLS Hotel has contributed close to $350,000 in the form of sponsorships and monthly earned revenue through hotel engagement. With new geographical areas being targeted this year and more board member participation the goal is to accumulate another 200 properties by years end to bring the LPS of USA processing program total enrollment to over 500 participating locations.
By achieving this goal, the LPS will have a very strong financial foundation and will be able to provide more scholarships, more programs and events to help bring in new members and keep the youth programs going at full capacity.
MLS Hotel led by Chase Harmer has built some very exciting programs for the LPS Members, as well as some newly minted programs to eliminate no shows and incidental charges, which will be rolled out by mid October. Without letting the cat out of the bag, these products will revolutionize the hotel industry as it is known today and every LPS member and hotel client working with Chase Harmer or MLS Hotel will be able to engage and subscribe to the service.
