Karl Morgan brings an extensive background in domestic and international manufacturing finance, ranging from iron founding and machining to high-volume plastics and medical devices at Honeywell International, Sperian Protection S.A., and James Hardie Industries Ltd. among others. He has significant experience in cost accounting, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, site relocation, strategic planning, cross-border operations, and ERP design and implementation.
