Castlewood Treatment Center for Eating Disorders, a national leader in eating disorder treatment, announced today the promotion of Jennifer Edwards, LPC, R-DMT, to clinical director of Castlewood at Monarch Cove Treatment Center. Castlewood at Monarch Cove is a trusted affiliate of Castlewood Treatment Center located in Monterey, Calif. Edwards joined the Castlewood team in 2008 at the St. Louis facility in the dance/movement therapy program and has embraced several roles, most recently in the position of primary therapist and director for PHP and IOP. Edwards will be responsible for the clinical supervision of the treatment teams and will ensure the programs continue to meet Castlewood’s commitment to providing the highest level of care.

Edwards has a master’s degree in counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy from Columbia College Chicago and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in psychology and dance.
