Chamber of Commerce Ribbon-Cutting to Introduce Mission Viejo's Newest Restaurant to South Orange County on August 28th

New Mission Viejo restaurant, Pub Thirty-Two's Ribbon Cutting will be held on Thursday, August 28th at 4pm, to celebrate the newest addition to the South Orange County restaurant scene. To reserve your space, go to: http://www.missionviejochamber.com/event-detail.php?id=52.

Owner Diarmuid Noone (if the name seems familiar, he's the owner of Molly Bloom's Irish Bar and Restaurant in San Clemente), took over the space previously occupied by Tijuana Gillies on Alicia Pkwy and Jeronimo in Mission Viejo, and the result is unrecognizable. With a re-vamped floor plan, rustic woodwork, and industrial accents, the restaurant has a sophisticated, yet comfortable vibe that is sure to make it a neighborhood favorite. "Plus, the locally sourced, farm-to-fork menu makes Pub Thirty-Two a really unique experience in Mission Viejo," says Chef Glen Tinsley, "we don't cut corners here." Meats are butchered, cured, and smoked on site, and Chef Glen, a Mission Viejo native who has headed kitchens from Napa, to Hawaii, to Italy, takes great pride in the relationships he's cultivated with local farms and ranches.

Definitely, "typical pub food" doesn't begin to describe the menu which features an IPA Brisket (brisket with crispy onions and an IPA barbeque sauce), Mussels with a house-made Chorizo, and a Squash Blossom Risotto. To see the complete menu, visit http://www.pubthirtytwo.com/menus.html.

As for drinks, Pub Thirty-Two carries a great selection of wines and craft beers, and Diarmuid, who is Irish-born, promises "Guinness will always be on tap." The bar is open until last call serving drinks and a Late Night menu.

Whether you're looking for a spot for your next working lunch, or hoping to relax with friends over a few drinks, Pub Thirty-Two has something for everyone.

The Pub Thirty-Two Ribbon Cutting will be held Thursday, August 28th at 4pm and feature free samples of Chef Glen's innovative farm-to-fork menu. Space is limited, so please RSVP to http://www.missionviejochamber.com/event-detail.php?id=52.
