The next camera down is the original Ziggi-HD at $94. While Ziggi-HD does not feature the wireless capability of its cousin, it can be connected to PC or Mac via USB, and it boasts a 5.0 Megapixel camera for high-definition capture. An even cheaper option is the Point 2 View USB Document Camera at only $69. The camera's 2.0 Megapixel camera still delivers a high-quality image, and the camera itself can be taken off its stand for tight close-ups and handheld operation. All of IPEVO's document cameras feature a signature multi-jointed swing-arm which makes capture quick and easy.
Another flagship IPEVO product for educators is the IS-01 Interactive Whiteboard System. Available for $149 – hundreds or thousands less than competing boards – IS-01 turns most any whiteboard or other flat surface into an interactive whiteboard. An Interactive Pen is controlled by the teacher or student, and gestures made with the Pen are translated into cursor movements and mouse clicks. In this way, the computer and its software can be controlled remotely at the board. Presentations, learning games, and interactive exercises of all types can be accomplished at the board by the class.
