Jim Livergood and Scott Brown Join gen-E’s Executive Management Team

Livergood and Brown bring vast enterprise software sales and channel expertise to their new roles.

gen-E, provider of a fully integrated approach to accelerating incident resolution in network and IT operations, today announced that they have added two new executives to their management team: Jim Livergood, the new Worldwide Vice President of Sales, and Scott Brown, who joins gen-E as the Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services and Support. Livergood and Brown bring an extensive background in enterprise software to gen-E, which they will leverage to expand and manage the growing sales channels for the RESOLVE Automation Software System. They will also manage the successful delivery and roll-out of RESOLVE to customers.

Livergood has more than 17 years of enterprise software sales experience. He was previously an Area Vice President for SuccessFactors (acquired by SAP in 2011), where he was responsible for all Cloud Human Capital Management sales. He will be in charge of finding new growth opportunities for the RESOLVE System and expanding the reach of gen-E’s worldwide sales channel.

Browns’ 20+ year career spans large enterprise software services, support delivery, operations management and management consulting. Before joining gen-E, Brown was responsible for managing business operations for the North America CRM Practice at Oracle Consulting (post acquisition of InQuira). Prior to the acquisition, he was Vice President of Professional Services, Training and Support at InQuira where he was responsible for global services and support delivery including operations management. He also held executive leadership roles at companies such as Syncata, Cambridge Technology Partners and KPMG Peat Marwick where he was responsible for the teams that delivered IT services to a wide variety of industries, including technology, financial services, retail and entertainment. Brown will have executive responsibility for new and existing customer account management, including professional services delivery, customer support and customer success for RESOLVE
