Isles of the World, Homes by Deltona’s World Golf Village Home Community, Hosts Local Realtors to Preview 11 New Homes
St. Augustine, Florida (PRWEB) August 21, 2014 -- Isles of the World hosted an Open House for local realtors to preview their 11 new homes on Thursday, July 24th. Homes by Deltona’s World Golf Village Home community, Isles of the World, catered a lovely soiree serving a variety of hors d'oeuvres with a full wine and beer bar. Representing a diverse group of local real estate offices, a total of 20 realtors enjoyed the festivities. The attendees enjoyed the Six Door Prize Drawings with the prizes being awarded to six very happy realtors! Lori Pezak, with Deltona Realty, won the $100 gift card which was sponsored by EverBank; Diane Sims, with St. Augustine Realty, drew a $50 gift card from The Spa at World Golf Village; Tammy Moorefield, with Deltona Realty won a gift card from Royal Nail & Spa; Susan Beecher, with Davidson Realty, was awarded a gift card from Tre Sebastian; Karen Richmond, with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, was gifted a Hand Painted Wine Glass from Old Republic; and Jackie Shore, with Deltona Realty, won a gift basket from The Spa at World Golf Village.
Many of the attendees took part in a fun, impromptu “Cake Picture Taking Contest” to capture the best image of the special order “Welcome Home” to Homes by Deltona which was baked by Sweet Grace Anna’s in Palatka. (Please see winning image attached.)
The realtors were also very excited when they were reminded of Homes by Deltona’s current co-broke special: a 3% Commission and a 1% Bonus.
