Continuum Performance Center Named Strength and Conditioning Providers For WNEU Athletics
East Longmeadow, MA (PRWEB) August 21, 2014 -- Continuum Performance Center (CPC) is excited to announce it has extended its strength and conditioning training to all athletic programs at Western New England University (WNEU). After successfully collaborating with WNEU’s Men’s Lacrosse program for two years and Men’s Football program for one year, CPC will now work exclusively with all WNEU teams (male and female) to develop and carry out their elite Strength, Conditioning, Agility, and Flexibility programs. These programs will allow WNEU athletics to not only reach desired performance results and next level recognition, but also to maximize pre, post, and in-season physical and mental prowess.
CPC’s collaborative and targeted method with the Men’s Lacrosse and Football programs has delivered results by maximizing players health (physical power and energy), while reducing the likeliness of injury. This approach will be extended to the nine additional teams by working closely with coaches and players to identify areas of both strength and opportunity. As a result, customized sport and position-specific programming will be implemented, giving WNEU athletes a competitive advantage. This programming will also include ongoing informational seminars and progress monitoring to ensure success and overall health and wellness.
Geoffrey Sullivan, the Managing Member of Continuum Performance Center, says, “This is an exciting time for CPC! We have worked tirelessly for years to establish the logistical infrastructure and recruit the qualified coaches necessary to offer our services on such a large scale. Having been awarded the opportunity to work with a few of WNEU athletic programs in the past, we are familiar with the staff, layout, and administration. This allows us to hit the ground running. The whole CPC team is thrilled to be able to make an impact on all programs throughout each season."
The exclusive three year contract with Western New England University aligns with Continuum Performance Center's ongoing growth strategy for 2014. CPC is fired up about furthering their relationship with WNEU as well as continuing to deliver results. The constant development, flexibility, and consistent tenacity of CPC has allowed them to move to the next level with clients and move beyond their competitors.
