Rosetta Hardscapes Welcomes a New Regional Manufacturer in Tacoma, Washington
(PRWEB) August 21, 2014 -- Effective immediately, Rosetta Hardscapes has licensed CASToHN of Tacoma, Washington to produce the complete product line from Rosetta Hardscapes.
“We’re excited to have this great company join the team. The textures and colors available with Rosetta products are a great fit for the Pacific Northwest." – Jeremy Manthei, President of Rosetta Hardscapes.
CASToHN boasts a 25,000 square foot production facility located on 25 acres to accommodate future expansion. Running three separate production lines, the largest is designed for and dedicated to Rosetta Hardscapes production. To create the unique look and fine details that emulate real stone for Rosetta products, CASToHN has invested in an innovative ACT/Wiggert self-cleaning batch plant, a six-color Würschum automated color system, and an industry leading Automacad production line. A state-of-the-art concrete and asphalt recycling plant located onsite provides a source of high-quality recycled aggregate included in some of the company’s manufactured products. With a privately owned pneumatic and gravity railroad unloading terminal onsite, finished products may be loaded and shipped directly on flat rail cars. http://www.castohn.com
As a manufacturer of industrial and residential concrete building and hardscape products, CASToHN began as Greencast Concrete Products LLC in 2012. In 2014, the company was rebranded as CASToHN to distinguish itself from the industrial precast products presently made under the Greencast brand name.
Rosetta Hardscapes is a complete line of hardscape products that accurately creates the look and feel of nature in any application. Rosetta products are crafted with architectural-grade wetcast concrete as opposed to the much more common drycast concrete, allowing Rosetta Hardscapes products to capture details at a level previously unavailable in landscape block materials. The product lines include wall products, pavers, fire pit kits, fireplace kits, steps, and caps. http://www.discoverrosetta.com
