OpinionLab, Inc., iPerceptions, Inc. and Vonage Holdings Corporation signed a settlement agreement to end ongoing patent infringement and business interference disputes between the companies. This agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division(OpinionLab, Inc. v. iPerceptions, Inc. : Case Number: 1:12-cv-05662).
Under the terms of the settlement, iPerceptions may furnish OpinionLab’s Page Specific Data Product to its customers. The financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed, and neither party made any admission of liability.
OpinionLab’s patent infringement case against Qualtrics Labs is on-going (Qualtrics: Civil Action No. 13-CV-1574).
