iConstituent® announces the release of the first round of updates to Signal CRM, the company’s flagship product for constituent correspondence management. New updates are primarily focused on making the Casework Management module stronger and increasing the efficiency and load-times for other sections. Derek Haller, iConstituent’s Director of Product oversaw the deployment and was happy with the progress made, “We pride ourselves on the ability to receive, synthesize, develop, and quickly deploy user-requested features and enhancements. This incremental update cycle helps us to produce a much better product that shows Signal CRM can evolve as quickly as the marketplace it serves,” says Haller. “The team is already at work on the next round of updates, which will be Signal CRM 1.2.”
iConstituent’s Signal CRM system gives its users the tools to efficiently communicate with their constituents. Signal CRM is used by federal and state agencies, elected government officials, and national and state-level organizations.
