North American Title Co. Dallas Division Adds Fielder as Escrow Officer in Park Lane branch
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) August 21, 2014 -- Jeff Fielder has joined the Park Lane branch of North American Title Company’s (NATC) Dallas division as a new escrow officer.
“It is my pleasure to welcome Jeff Fielder to the North American Title family,” said Scott Moize, NATC Dallas-Fort Worth division manager. “He is a veteran in the title business, and his experience and professionalism are invaluable as we expand our team of seasoned professionals in the very competitive Dallas market.”
Fielder grew up in the real estate industry. He spent summers with his grandparents, who managed a number of rental properties. He also assisted his father, a Texas land surveyor, and pulled documents from the county clerk’s office for his mother, an escrow officer. He officially began working in 1997 at his mother’s title company in Sherman, Texas, where he answered phones and entered title orders. Fielder learned to examine public records and assisted the escrow officers.
Relocating to Dallas to work as an escrow assistant and later as an escrow officer for a large title company, Fielder earned his real estate license and worked for two years as an agent. He returned to the title industry in 2011.
“I am excited to be back in Dallas to reconnect with customers I’ve had in the past and to build relationships with new customers,” said Fielder. “The support of senior leadership, the legal resources available, and the sense of ‘team’ that this office has, were all positive factors that led me to join North American Title.”
Moize said the Park Lane branch where Fielder is working is strategically located to serve four distinct markets.
“The first market is the very upscale Park Cities area within walking distance of his office,” said Moize. “To the south is the incredibly fast-growing Uptown Dallas market with high-end condos, townhomes and lofts. Bordering those two markets to the east is the historic East Dallas area, which is going through a refurbishing similar to the Uptown area and includes the beautiful Lakewood area surrounding White Rock Lake.
“The fourth market Jeff will be serving is the Lake Highlands area,” added Moize. “That area is going through large, upscale homebuilding on old home sites, similar to what North Dallas and Preston Hollow have been experiencing for the past six years.”
Fielder is located at the North American Title branch at 8070 Park Lane, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75231, telephone number (214) 720-1020.
