Beyond Stores Ranked among Top 1000 E-commerce Sites in North America

The list shows the “more innovative and aggressive” e-retailers offering new and more competitive models that utilize agile marketing tactics and target niche segments better than larger e-commerce companies. The list is indicative of companies whose upward mobility is a strong predictor of their future success; companies previously included on the list of Second 500 e-commerce sites have moved into the Top 500 in subsequent years.

A first time member of the list, Beyond Stores is ranked #791. In 2013, sales grew 379.5% to $7.6 million, up from $1.58 million in 2012.

“This was due to major improvements in PLA structuring, keyword targeting and refinement—including overhaul of negative keyword strategy—and scaling out the campaigns,” said Chief Marketing Officer Mark Ginsberg. “This was a focus for us in both Google search results with PLAs, as well as on Google Shopping. Additionally, a large focus was placed on Beyond Stores’ expansion in online marketplaces and comparison shopping engines.”

Beyond Stores is continuing with its growth and expansion, having already surpassed last year’s total sales and topping the growth projections in 2014. Additionally, Beyond Stores will pursue intercontinental expansion in the coming months as it looks to open a version of its store for the United Kingdom, featuring a swath of British brands.
