ReACT v4.0 Solves Password Reset Pain Points for End Users and Admins Alike

The latest release, ReACT v4.0, features the addition of an enrollment portal to further enhance the end user experience, as well as a SOAP interface for additional security. ReACT is a self-service password reset and synchronization software tool for Help Desk installations that allows users to reset their own password and automatically propagates the new one throughout all relevant systems and servers. With the release of v4.0, ReACT goes a step beyond allowing users to reset their own passwords – it makes the end user process virtually effortless. Through its innovative enrollment portal, ReACT streamlines the end-user adoption process via its user-friendly enrollment wizard. ReACT v4.0 also contains the option for the Help Desk to implement automatic enrollment by pre-populating the ReACT database, which results in increased adoption rates throughout the organization.
There are a multitude of security enhancements to v4.0, including the implementation of a SOAP interface, updates to the Help Desk portal, and the creation of challenge questions for user validation which are specific to the Help Desk. The SOAP interface, a singular communication port, is designed to ease the mind of your Security team while allowing for an incredibly quick and simple configuration experience for your system and network administrators. The Help Desk portal allows for the ability to monitor real-time activity, observe trending pain points amongst the end users, and run multiple insightful reports. Through the portal, Help Desk administrators also have the ability to lock and unlock specific ReACT IDs as well as the ability to set multiple parameters for automatic unlocking of accounts.

The latest version of ReACT also includes five additional languages for increased support of International and linguistically diverse organizations. The new languages include Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Portuguese, and make for ten languages supported by ReACT. In addition, users now have the option to implement dynamic passwords, which are more intuitive to end users when there are a variety of password security requirements at hand.
