The popular microwaveable burger and sandwich brand, Taste Inc., have recently launched a new Facebook application featuring the ultimate burger grudge match. Users are thrust into the competition; requiring them to vote for either chicken or cow as the king of the burger meats. By choosing their favourite, they are entered into a draw to win a Playstation 4.
This highly innovative application allows users to enter through both Facebook and Twitter. The latest tweets are pulled into a leaderboard on the final page of the Facebook application; allowing entrants to track their chosen favourite’s position in the bout.
The ability to enter the app from a range of social platforms has Taste Inc. braced for a huge response. Hundreds are lining up to back either ‘Wing’, the fighting Flame Grilled Chicken, or ‘Rump’, the battling Quarter Pounder Cow. This duel is set to go the final bell but whichever animal takes the crown; only one lucky meat lover will walk away with that Playstation 4.
With National burger day falling on the 26th August, Taste Inc. are expecting burger allegiance to be higher than ever. The Rump- Wing rivalry will be fierce…be warned!
