Video Courses Offered on Schoox’s Academy Provide Comprehensive Training and Certification for Restaurant Employees in Shorter, More Engaging Format

The courses are composed of short, informative yet entertaining videos followed by online questionnaires to ensure comprehension before moving on to the next course. Designed for employees accustomed to today’s shorter online content, the courses improve comprehension and engagement by providing meaningful content in a fun, entertaining way. Better training results in a more prepared and engaged staff, which can lead to better customer service and improved profitability for restaurants.

The second 10 courses will cover compliance and leading industry practices and are expected to be available in October for Schoox customers.
