Ossian, IN (PRWEB) August 22, 2014 -- The Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (WISPA), a membership organization that promotes the development, advancement and unity of the wireless Internet service provider industry, today announced the organization’s newly elected Board of Directors and officers of the organization.
Board members have been elected for two-year WISPA Board terms based on member votes include Dennis Burgess, CTO of Link Technologies, Inc., Forbes Mercy, President of Washington Broadband, Inc., Alex Phillips, CEO and General Manager of RBNS.net and HighSpeedLink.net; and Nathan Stooke, CEO and founder of Wisper ISP.
In addition, a team of officers have been selected for a one-year term by their Board peers based on proven leadership and commitment headed by Chuck Hogg, CEO of Shelby Broadband, who was re-appointed as President of WISPA. He will be joined by Alex Phillips as Vice President, Mark Radabaugh, President of Amplex, as Treasurer and Dennis Burgess as Secretary.
“We had many well-qualified nominees on the ballot this year with each having unique qualities that would benefit the organization,” said Chuck Hogg, President of WISPA. “I would like to personally welcome the elected board members and officers and I’m confident that they will lead the organization through its continued growth and successes.”
