St. Augustine Bed and Breakfast Bayfront Marin House Offers Specials for Flagler College Families
St. Augustine, FL (PRWEB) August 25, 2014 -- Parents of students at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida can now visit their children more often, thanks to special rates at the Bayfront Marin House bed and breakfast.
"Flagler College is a huge part of St. Augustine," says bed and breakfast owner Mike Wieber. "But we also know that the first few weeks of school can be difficult--especially for new students--and sometimes they feel better after a visit from Mom and Dad. On the flip side, of course, is the anxiety that parents feel after dropping their kids off at the dorm--which is why we've created a special package for Flagler College Families to visit the nation's oldest city during the month of September."
Select rooms will be available for any weeknight stay (Sunday through Thursday) for just $149/night. Guests who travel on a weekend and stay both Friday and Saturday nights will pay just $199/night. That's as much as a $70 discount for Flagler College families. Rooms available for the promotion include the Bridge of Lions, Robinson Lewis, Burgess Cottage, Coquina Suite, Napoleon Suite, Francisco Marin, and The Dunes, the latter available at a sister property on Vilano Beach for families who would like to stay on the ocean.
For families traveling with children or pets, Wieber says some of the rooms are both pet friendly and have daybeds for additional guests. There is an additional fee for pets and children.
Parents who would like their college student to join them for breakfast can do so for an additional $10/day, a 30% discount off regular prices.
The special will run through the end of September, subject to availability. Guests must request the Flagler Family Special when making their reservation.
