The first annual MARC awards were presented on August 14 by Chief Marketer, honoring the best campaigns powered by marketing technology solutions.

The award submission entitled, “ Personalizes the Online Experience,” used real-time web personalization to get visitors’ attention with non-intrusive and in-context messages. The campaign targeted visitors based on their engagement level and resulted in increased game playing, site engagement and conversions, ranging from a 36% lift in engagement for existing customers to a 19% lift in new customer acquisition and a 26% increase in games played.
