In addition, all of the records in the database at Exact Data have been verified for accuracy and recency. Outdated records have been removed, and contact information that has changed since the previous update has been corrected to reflect the most current data available.

For instance, mailing addresses are updated with the NCOA (National Change Of Address) list provided by the US Postal Service. Telephone listings are checked against Do Not Call (DNC) lists, and DNC numbers are removed to ensure that all telemarketing data is permission compliant. Similarly, Email Addresses are checked for opt-in status, and then tested for activity and responsiveness by BriteVerify, an industry leader in Email data verification.
