Denver, CO (PRWEB) August 25, 2014
Dynamic Graphics (DGI) announces a new version of its quantitative visualization software package, CoViz 4D. The new features in CoViz 4D 7.2 include improved visualization of large seismic volumes, handling of new file types including WITSML servers version 1.4, and the ability to export STL files of 2D grids or structural models for 3D printing. New features have also been added to the CoViz 4D optional module, Sim2Pem, to improve elaborations around stress sensitivity in the petroelastic model. DGI will be demonstrating CoViz 4D 7.2 and the full 3D/4D synthetic seismic volume (Sim2Seis) workflow, along with other DGI software products, at the Unconventional Resources Technology Conference (URTeC).
“CoViz 4D was developed because we believe that the majority of unrealized value contained in your data lies in integrating your time-varying data. CoViz 4D breaks down the silos between the many disciplines needed to make a well, any well, successful – allowing a team to work together better and smarter by getting your data and your people to talk to one another. Covisualization of multidisciplinary data, including time-variant data, aids in designing drilling strategies and optimizing well placement. Come visit our booth to learn how our clients are using Coviz 4D to increase their return on their data investment.“ Dynamic Graphics President, Art Paradis
Demonstrations of the new features of CoViz 4D 7.2 will be available at the Dynamic Graphics booth, #1925, at the Unconventional Resources Technology Conference (URTeC ) August 25-27, 2014.
About CoViz 4D
CoViz 4D leads the industry in providing quantitative visualization of time-variant data. CoViz 4D allows users to view their 3D and 4D data in context with other data from the field, enabling better understanding of the data and better decision-making. CoViz 4D makes it possible for users to simultaneously view and interrogate multi-disciplinary datasets from throughout the asset development team—regardless of the original data source.
