Wednesday, September 2nd, the BRISAS will commence its Executive Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Substance Abuse for persons looking for life-changing strategies so they can take control of their lives.

The Mind & Body Treatment and Research Institute is pleased to announce its partnership with Counseling Clinics of La Jolla with the opening of “BRISAS Recovery and Wellness IOP” in San Diego. An open house to introduce the program and facilities will be held on Wednesday, August 27th from 3-7PM.

“Our goal is to educate providers, clinicians and recovery centers of a new resource in the form of our IOP that is cutting edge, evidence-based, holistic and results oriented,” says its Executive Medical Director, Dr. Keerthy Sunder. “We will highlight the unique nature of our evening IOP for working professionals that is one of a kind in San Diego and in Southern California.”

The clinical team will introduce their dual diagnosis based recovery and wellness cutting edge program as well as its structured six week goal oriented protocol.

BRISAS brings the best of science and art to the delivery of compassionate, holistic, integrated evidence-based care in Addictions and welcomes queries. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the program developers and tour the IOP. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will also be served. About Dr. Keerthy Sunder
Dr. Keerthy Sunder, MD is an accomplished physician who has trained in Addiction Medicine, Psychiatry and Obstetrics/Gynecology. He holds Diplomates from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, American Board of Addiction Medicine and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in London, England. He is a Principal Research Investigator for numerous FDA regulated Clinical Trials in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and is also Medical Director at the Mind & Body Treatment and Research Institute in La Jolla.
