Drupal Association Launches Drupal Jobs Career Site
Portland, OR (PRWEB) August 27, 2014 -- The Drupal Association, the nonprofit that helps the Drupal open source project flourish, today unveiled a comprehensive website for job seekers, employers, and recruiters looking to connect. The new Drupal Jobs site is dedicated entirely to Drupal and provides a cohesive experience and advanced features for job seekers, employers, and recruiters alike.
Connecting the Right People With the Right Jobs
“The Drupal Jobs site serves an important role for our community,” said Holly Ross, Executive Director of the Drupal Association. “Having a dedicated, feature-rich environment with the sole purpose of facilitating Drupal employment will help to promote careers in Drupal and connect the right people with the right positions.”
The Drupal Jobs site is designed to provide job seekers, employers, and recruiters with a variety of options and easy-to-use tools. Individuals can create searchable profiles on the site for free and have the option whether or not to accept contact from companies and recruiters. For employers and recruiters, Drupal Jobs will be a paid service that allows them to post and promote their Drupal job postings.
Proceeds Pay for Drupal.org and Community Programs
Proceeds from the site will finance improvements to the Drupal Jobs site, Drupal.org and its related properties, and community programs run by the Drupal Association.
