According to the class action lawsuit filed against Unisys Technical Services, the technology giant allegedly failed to pay their Field Service Technicians wages for all they time these employees were working for the company. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that Unisys required the Field Service Technicians to perform work of the clock without paying the Field Service Technicians for all the time these employees were performing work tasks before and after their regularly scheduled shifts. The Complaint claims that Unisys made their Field Service Technicians log into the company's computer system from home and perform work before heading out to their first job site of the day all the while being off the clock and not getting paid. Additionally, the Complaint further alleges that the Field Service Technicians working for Unisys were also required to stop by Fedex each day to retrieve parts that were necessary to perform their job tasks for Unisys, but the Complaint claims these employees were not compensated for this time either.
