Docucopies Increases Workforce Following Excellent Growth in the First Half of 2014
San Luis Obispo, California (PRWEB) August 27, 2014 -- Docucopies West, as the online color printing company has lovingly dubbed its San Luis Obispo, Calif., facility, has seen excellent growth in the first half of 2014.
This includes producing an ever-higher order volume, taking on record numbers of new customers and hiring new full-time employees. This kept the company on track following their big move to a larger facility in March, which was done largely in preparation for the continued growth they've experienced since opening their West Coast facility in 2012.
Their Wisconsin-based facility, where the company is headquartered, has also seen a growth in employment and order volume this year.
"Everything is shaping up great for 2014 so far," says Marketing Director/Vice President Jeff Corbo, who has witnessed and presided over much of the company's evolution since the mid-'90s. "We used to be able to predict the busy seasons, but this year it's just been one extended busy season."
This dynamic (or lack thereof) has spurred innovation and a constant rethinking of everything from product offerings to marketing to implementation and even the ways they currently utilize their space.
"It's a good problem to have," says Corbo. "The constant, growing demand keeps us on our toes and ensures we stay competitive."
The most recent new development saw Docucopies adding a variety of large-format printing options, including signs, banners and large posters.
