Nookeee, just approved and released in the official App Store, allows couples to instantly share their state of arousal or desire with, and receive from, their partner. The couple’s intimacy app is about sharing more, to get more.
The app was created for personal use by the designer, who has 5 kids and has been married for 25 years. He wanted his own app to make what was good even better, but as important, more often! Important are just the right words and just the right visual image. So he built his first app as there “must be an app for that” for all of us.
Whether you are in bed, in the check-out line or leaving the office, intimate couples can now instantly share. Tapping the screen quickly shows how you feeling, from “Not Happy With You Right Now” right through to “Nookeee, Lots Of It, Anyway You Want It” and everything in between, to be instantly shared. It replaces embarrassing conversations with light hearted pinging and receiving one as a text is fun, designed to make the receiver feel wanted and attractive.
The app gets the intimate world between a couple back into flow and is not about the emerging hookup culture. The designers key principles have been ease of use, stress removal through fun and absolutely no logins, tracking or advertisements of any kind: ads just don't belong in that special place between two people.
Just released for Apple and coming soon to Android. Is this an app that will be used mainly by men or by women? Time will tell.
