Soft-Lite Windows recently announced the appointment of Cliff Langdon as its new Vice President of Manufacturing, who will help make Soft-Lite's manufacturing operations even stronger and more efficient and the company more dynamic in the marketplace. In his new position, Langdon will oversee several departments, including Production, Shipping and Engineering.
Langdon comes to Soft-Lite with more than 15 years experience in the window and door industry. For the past 11 years, Langdon served as Vice President of Operations for Sunrise Windows; prior to that, he worked as the Plant Manager for Great Lakes Window. In these positions, Langdon gained a complete range of experience in window manufacturing and the building materials industry. His areas of expertise include operations and plant management with an emphasis on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement philosophies, strategic planning, process engineering and cross-functional team leadership.
