CCNG International, Inc. is pleased to announce HP as one if its newest partners. HP is known for providing integrated workforce optimization and superior omnichannel analytics. HP recently recorded a webcast interview with CCNG entitled “Putting Your Contact Center at the Center of Your VoC Program.”
