SNOA Sleepwear Makes a Debut Appearance at CURVE NY, 2014

An industry pioneer in sleepwear made its first appearance at one of the industry’s top events earlier this month.

Representatives of SNOA Sleepwear announced today that the luxury women’s sleepwear brand made its official debut appearance Aug. 3-5 at CURVE NY, 2014.

“It was so important for SNOA to step into the wider lingerie/sleepwear world at CURVE - to introduce itself and to get feedback,” said Anh Oppenheimer, company founder of SNOA Sleepwear, a luxury product line that allows women to feel both warm and sexy without having to compromise on either.

CURVE, according to Oppenheimer, is a key trade show event in the intimate apparel industry, and is also an accomplishment for the brand in moving towards selling to the wholesale market - meaning SNOA's products ( and will soon be available in boutiques, and eventually in department stores.

“[Moving into the wholesale market] is a big step for a brand,” remarked Oppenheimer.

Oppenheimer explained that presenting at CURVE and hearing the positive responses first-hand gave the SNOA team confidence in the design direction they've been taking.

“It was very validating,” Oppenheimer relayed, before adding, “Meeting buyers and hearing their opinions was a key experience for SNOA. We were pleased to see that SNOA is filling a special niche in the sleepwear market - SNOA's ethics of eco-friendly fabrics made in the USA were appreciated by buyers.”

Additionally, Boutique owners were able to confirm the growing performance of modal in women’s sleepwear – an essential element of the SNOA line. SNOA uses high-end Micro-Modal which does not pill and keeps its shape beautifully.

According to Oppenheimer, “One of the best parts of exhibiting at CURVE was seeing the CMK Team work together to present SNOA. As the SNOA designers, it was a real treat to step back and watch someone else present our sleepwear so beautifully!”

A particularly memorable aspect of SNOA’s first appearance at CURVE was meeting an affiliate who specializes in helping women “get their sexy back,” Oppenheimer said, “I thought it was such an interesting topic and the more we spoke, the more I saw what an empowering concept this is for women.”
