Azure loved this concept and wanted CitNOW to modify the product, tailoring it to suit their new members’ requirements – which CitNOW were able to do quickly and efficiently.

The personal video presentation service, a series of simple to use apps create a visual postcard to Azure’s members upon their return home, nurturing the relationship through a personal message from the member’s membership consultant and personal resort video featuring the five star Malta Golden Sands resort’s staff, along with Azure’s ambassador and British Television presenter, Anne Davies.
The initial statistics of the CitNOW.com project look extremely positive for Azure, with a massive 83%* email open rate over the first 28 days of the project being launched and nearly 7% of new Azure members watching their personalised video up to 6 times.
