Maura Connor Joins Hayes, Inc. as Vice President, Digital Publishing, Editor-in-Chief
Lansdale, PA (PRWEB) August 27, 2014 -- Dr. Winifred S. Hayes, President and CEO of Hayes, Inc., a leader in promoting better health outcomes through the use of evidence, is pleased to announce the addition of Ms. Maura Connor to the executive team effective August 25, 2014. As Vice President, Digital Publishing, Editor-in-Chief, Ms. Connor will be responsible for providing innovation, leadership, and direction in the growth and development of digital products and content across all markets.

Ms. Connor brings to Hayes expertise and experience in product management, business development, operations, strategic planning, and implementation. She received her B.A. in English and history with a minor in premedical studies from Duke University, Durham, NC. For 15 years prior to joining Hayes, she held positions of increasing responsibility at Pearson Health Sciences, a division of Pearson Education. Most recently, she served as Associate Vice President/Director, Digital Products & Strategy. Previous to this role, she was AVP/Editor-in-Chief for Pearson Health Sciences. Before joining Pearson, Maura spent 7 years with W.B. Saunders Company/Harcourt Health Sciences where she was Senior Acquisitions Editor, and 3 years with Springer-Verlag New York, Inc. where she was Medical Product Manager.
