This past Sunday, Universal Windows Direct, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of their brand-new showroom at 4565 Willow Parkway, Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio 44125. Over five-hundred people attended the grand opening event, which was complete with food trucks, appearances from former Cleveland Browns players, and a silent-auction which benefitted “A Kid Again”, a local non-profit organization.
Filled with displays of virtually every product that the company offers, the showroom allows customers to see, touch and experience products before they purchase them. The nine-thousand-square-foot showroom showcases the company’s exclusive UniShield Windows, complete line of exclusive Temo sunrooms and pergolas, as well as vinyl siding, doors and gutter protection.
The Sunroom and pergola displays in the showroom are also fully-furnished. Patio furniture, fire-pits, a pool table and a fully-functioning hot tub allow customers to experience the displays as if they were in their own backyard.
William Barr III and Michael Strmac, Co-Founders of Universal Windows Direct, Inc., said that the showroom is major milestone in their journey to become the biggest home improvement company in the United States. “Above all, customer service is our number one priority. With the new showroom, we are able to provide even better customer service by allowing customers to see our products in real-life environments,” said William Barr, III.
The showroom stands as the culmination of fifteen-years of work in the home improvement industry. It is open from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. on Monday through Friday, and from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday.
