Leading Spine Surgeon Joins Meridian Medical Associates.
JOLIET, IL (PRWEB) August 29, 2014 -- Meridian Medical Associates, a leading multi-specialty physician group in Will County, is welcoming Dr. Dalip Pelinkovic, a leading spinal surgeon specializing in complex cervical spine surgery, to the Meridian Medical Associates family as part of a joint venture with DuPage Medical Group. Dr. Pelinkovic will begin providing Orthopaedic spinal services to Meridian Medical Associates' patients beginning August 29, 2014 at its Glenwood Avenue location.
Dr. Pelinkovic is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery. Dr. Pelinkovic's medical education was completed at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany in 1991. He trained at University of Frankfurt and BG Trauma Clinic, both in Frankfurt, in orthopaedic and spine surgery. Dr. Pelinkovic's residency was completed at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 2007 and his fellowship in spine surgery was completed at Rush University in Chicago in 2008. Finally, Dr. Pelinkovic completed his research/clinical fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on cartilage repair and degenerative disc disease.
