CPAmerica Member Lead Partners and Firm Administrators Gather in Portland

CPAmerica International is gearing up for one of their biggest conferences of the year that is sure to deliver beyond the requirement of fulfilling continuing professional education.

As the association heads to the West Coast, the 2014 Leading Partners Retreat and Firm Administration Roundtable has a schedule packed with all-star speakers, member sharing and several networking opportunities.

The theme for these conferences is “Finding, Growing and Keeping Your Talent.”

Both Leading Partners Retreat and Firm Administration Roundtable will offer sessions from influential thought leaders like Tom Hood (Executive Director/CEO, MACPA) and Kris McMasters (former CEO of Clifton Gunderson). Business mentor and coach, Nancy Fox, will speak about designing firm cultures that attract and retain top Gen X and millennial talent, and Chris Liebtag (Lean CPA) will unveil an all-new demo of Lean Six Sigma principles.

Various member sharing sessions will be spread throughout the conference’s program. These sessions allow members to share their best practices and their successes and failures. Members have continuously said that their member sharing is often the most valuable aspects of their entire membership.
