Research Triangle Park, NC (PRWEB) September 02, 2014 -- inMotionNow (http://www.inmotionnow.com) is expanding their executive team, adding Christy Brantley as Human Resources Director. Brantley was previously at Medfusion as Director of Human Resources, where she hired and developed top talent. She has 10 years’ experience playing a strategic role in the ongoing changes that help direct a company’s future, and will be focused on finding new inMotionNow sales, support, and development staff.
“I’m thrilled to join inMotionNow,” says Christy Brantley. “The company is at an exciting stage of growth and I’m eager to develop an already exceptional team and help shape inMotionNow’s company culture.”
“As our team continues to grow, we wanted to maintain our strong culture of hard work, team-based support and our commitment to having fun,” says inMotionNow CEO, Ben Hartmere. “I was drawn to Christy’s reputation as one of the Triangle’s most respected HR professionals. Christy’s success finding and retaining top talent fits well with our focus on growing our greatest asset at inMotionNow, our people.”
Matt Nisonger also joins inMotionNow as Senior Director of Client Services. Previously, Nisonger owned and operated a development agency creating workflow automation products for movie studios and production houses including the NFL and NBC. “With inMotionNow’s continued growth, we want to ensure that clients continue to receive the level of customer service that has helped set us apart,” says Hartmere. “Matt brings a unique skill set to the role as someone who is not only passionate about customer success, but also metrics driven to know how we can best serve our clients. We’re excited to have him leading the Client Services team while acting as a strong voice for our client’s needs well into the future.”
“My role at inMotionNow gives me the unique opportunity to combine my experience in managing large scale interactive projects for massive media brands including Disney, Fox, and Motorola with my interest in helping clients translate business problems to technical solutions,” says Nisonger. “I’m looking forward to developing a world-class training and support organization that places customer needs above all else.”
In addition to the new hires, JT Rimbey has been promoted to inMotionNow’s Director of Sales. “JT has been a leader from the moment he joined our team,” says Hartmere. “He not only developed innovative ways for us to communicate the value of inMotionNow to prospective partners, but has worked across all departments to share best practices to better serve our customers.
