Paint Columbus Pink Cancer Awareness/Kick-Off Meeting for Anyone Interested in Participating
Columbus, Georgia (PRWEB) August 29, 2014 -- The 8th Annual Paint Columbus Pink® is a series of events including Shop & Dine for a Cause, Pink Pooch Contest, Light of Life Ceremony, Power in Prayer, Bright Pink Lipstick Day, and "Forget Me Knots" Pink Bow Campaign – all in support of cancer awareness.
Paint Columbus Pink has a new addition and twist this year…. Paint Columbus Pink Foam and Obstacle Challenge on Saturday, October 4th, 2014 at 9:00 am at Cascade Hills, 727 54th Street, Columbus, Georgia 31904. It will be the first foam and obstacle challenge event in our area!
The public is invited to attend a meeting on how to form a team for the Paint Columbus Pink Foam and Obstacle Challenge for cancer awareness. Valuable information will be discussed, as well as ideas on team recruitment. Volunteers are currently being recruited to help serve on various committees and sub-committees.

WHERE: Cunningham Leadership Center, 3100 Gentian Boulevard
(Near Peachtree Mall and across the street from Burger King)
TIME: Starts 6:00pm, Ends: 7:00pm
Paint Columbus Pink Pink Up The Pace – Runners/ walkers had a great time last year at the Flash Night Run, which inspired many and represented all sectors of the community, including friends, neighbors, families, clergy, healthcare workers, teachers, bankers, realtors, teens, mothers, grandmothers, military families, nurses, colleges, television and radio personalities, firemen, police, small business, large corporations, and so many more.
Paint Columbus Pink is quickly developing into a rich heritage for community business leaders and individuals that know the positive results the events produce. This is certainly one of the most anticipated annual events in Columbus, Georgia. Let's paint Columbus pink!
