One F!T is a new fitness program that is specifically designed for people who are unable to either visit the gym or use the high intensity systems that are currently being promoted on the open market. This program will mainly benefit those who are unable to find a fitness regimen that will work for them due to physical restrictions or a lack of time and availability. According to the creator, most of the popular fitness systems that are currently being promoted set unrealistic goals for a large number of people.
"The concept of One F!T came about after I discovered a silent majority that was not being represented in the fitness industry. These people that I'm referring to, corporate professionals, students, baby boomers like my parents, etc. are extremely busy and don't really have the time to make the trip to the gym after a long day," says Jeffrey Tu, the creator of One F!T.
Tu claims to have been in the military and that he has completed extremely challenging workout programs, such as P90X and Insanity on several different occasions, and that he has significant experience when it comes to physical fitness. He will be providing his workout system on YouTube completely free of charge. The videos will go live three times per week and will not last more than 10 minutes per session. Tu feels that this will allow the average person to easily stick with the system and be able to increase their physical fitness over time. He feels that the key to being healthy and fit is finding a system that can be used on a regular basis and not just for a few months at a time.

Though Tu will be producing this fitness course for free, he is looking to build funds that will be used to pay for advertising, cover his living expenses while he creates the program, and for better production equipment. He has estimated that this will cost approximately $20,000.00 and has created an Indiegogo campaign to help raise the money he needs. Though anyone can donate any sum of money to this project, Tu is giving away a perk to people who contribute $1,000.00 or more.
