From August 1 to December 31, ten Houston Realtors® who sell and close at least one Darling inventory or showcase home will qualify for a three-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.

Darling Homes is offering Houston Realtors® a chance to “Reach for the Beach” this fall as the homebuilder launches a unique incentive that could land 10 real estate agents in Laguna Niguel, California for the new year.

From August 1 to December 31, ten Houston Realtors® who sell and close at least one Darling inventory or showcase home will qualify for a three-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel with the homebuilder picking up airfare and hotel accommodations. The top 10 winning agents will be determined by overall number of homes sold during this period.
