Broomfield, Colorado (PRWEB) August 29, 2014
Residents at Taylor Morrison’s first 55+ community in Denver will soon have their centerpiece amenity, The Lodge at Skyestone.
The Denver homebuilder announced today that it will break ground on the clubhouse in early 2015, with an expected completion later in the year.
The Lodge at Skyestone will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, demonstration kitchen, community café, great room, entertainment and event space and full-time lifestyle director.
Outside, the Lodge will include pickle ball courts, a resort-style pool with hot tube and fire pits.
“The Lodge at Skyestone will truly be something special,” said Brian Cartwright, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Denver division. “Our residents want a gathering space that can be an extension of their active and diverse lives. The Lodge will accomplish that.”
According to Cartwright, The Lodge at Skyestone will serve as the community’s main gathering place, a beautiful and lively space where residents can meet family or friends for a bite to eat, participate in yoga on the event lawn or go for a swim in the resort-style pool before retiring to the spa.
“It really will be the hub and heart of the community,” Cartwright said.
Since debuting earlier this year, Skyestone has been met with an intense level of interest from Denver homebuyers. Set in the shadow of the flatirons, Skyestone inspires a new way of living for those looking to elevate their way of life. Two collections of homes, the Landmark and the Pinnacle, are available at the community. Each collection offers four floor plans with the option of a finished or unfinished basement.
