The PCS Basic solution is for those cremators who are new to the industry and are just starting out or for those who want to try the PCS solution. Chain of Custody- Tracks the pet though each of the various processes and stages from the time the pet is picked up until the time it is returned back to the crematory.
Vet Clinic Website- Allows veterinarians to schedule pick-ups, print a vet tag and track the process of the pet’s cremation.
Smartphone Tracking- Since the drivers enter the pickups and urn deliveries, this module allows veterinarians to track the times of pick-ups and drop-offs and allows families to follow the chain of custody of their pet.
Inventory and Tracking Reports- Allows users to print Inventory Stock Status reports as well as reports that show pick-ups and drop-offs that veterinarians can follow.
The software can be acquired starting at $200 per month with the ability to add on other features at any time. Additional features include the driver hand held application, which is compatible with both iPhone and Android smartphones. Using these everyday smartphones saves money and is more efficient to just use the one device for phone calls, maps and pet tracking and record keeping.
