FWM Tubular (FWM), a leading provider of manufacturing, machining, sales and service of drill pipe, drill collars, heavy weight and kellys to the oil and gas industry announced today that it has successfully completed its business combination with BC Gulf Coast (BCGC), a leading provider of repair and manufacturing services with over 20 years of specific oil and gas industry experience.

The relationship allows FWM and BCGC to further meet the growing demand for manufacturing, machining, sales and service of drill pipe, drill collars, heavy weight and kellys in the oil and gas industry.
William Huebel, CEO and President of FWM Tubular, said: “We are delighted to have completed the transaction as our combined expertise will give customers a competitive edge.
