Service 1st Information Systems - Offering ALL Mortgage Reporting Products Available
Grover Beach, CA (PRWEB) September 05, 2014 -- Today marks a great moment in the mortgage reporting industry as the Credit Bureau of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties celebrates the five year anniversary of their merger with Service 1st Information Systems. This merger allowed the Credit Bureau to expand to include the full range of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac products
“This has allowed our company to integrate seamlessly with any mortgage originating platform our clients might use – from Calyx Point to Encompass/Ellie Mae to many more.” said Theresa Dunham, Assistant Vice President of Credit Reporting at Service 1st Information Systems, now a division of The Credit Bureau of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.
In an effort to expand the unparalleled customer service that the Credit Bureau is known for, Credit Bureau has launched a new website that supports the customer service departments in two locations, go online any time of the day or night or weekend and find interactive documents, links to a client portal and tons of valuable news and information in the credit reporting industry.
“The new web site provides a great central landing point to get into the reporting system. One click and I have access to our credit reporting site and all of the tools I need,” said Justin Stearns, Mortgage Professional, Pacific Trust Mortgage. “The new site is a great compliment to the in-person customer service that the Credit Bureau still offers.”
