Cristine joins Osborne Clarke as a Corporate Partner.

Cristine specialises in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, transactional real estate and corporate litigation. She has considerable experience in advising on domestic and cross-border transactions and has advised a wide range of international clients throughout her career. Cristine is fluent in English, French, German and Dutch.

Cristine is the fifth Partner hire in Amsterdam, joining founding Partners Michiel Odink, Jeroen Bedaux, Jorgo Tsiris, and Jeroen Lub.

Cristine Joins Osborne Clarke from Freshfields where she has been for 12 years.
