Jim Hamilton, Group Director of InfoTrends’ Production group, will be speaking at four events during GRAPH EXPO 14 (September 28 - October 1, 2014 at McCormick Place in Chicago).
•Is Inkjet Right for Your Organization? On Saturday, September 27, the day before the show opens, Hamilton will be presenting at the Imaging Network Group’s Fall Workshop event on the topic of “Is Inkjet right for your Organization?: Inkjet Technology and Trends for Direct Mail and Transactional Segments”. This customized presentation will be delivered to INg members who are looking into inkjet technology such as what are the hurdles and factors in considering when acquiring an ink jet press. Also on the INg agenda will be Matt Swain, Associate Director of InfoTrends, who will be addressing the topic of “Direct Mail and Transactional Industry Trends and Outlook”. Swain will provide the latest marketing research from InfoTrends on print trends, color, inkjet versus toner, mobile marketing, e-adoption trends, the future of digital mailboxes, what the big players are doing in direct mail and transactional offerings.
•Graph Expo Panel on the Future of the American Printer: Hamilton was also selected to be a part of GRAPH EXPO’s all-star thought leader panel in a featured keynote presentation moderated by Frank Romano on Sunday, September 28. This 90-minute session, entitled “The Future of the American Printer”, will update participants on the vital information they need to make informed decisions about how to best navigate their businesses in a changing economy and world.
•The Preference for Paper (Two Sides U.S. presentation): On Tuesday, September 30 Hamilton will lead a session at the Two Sides U.S. annual meeting focused on “The Preference for Paper”. Participants will learn about the market trends for paper preference supported by recent InfoTrends research on consumers’ media preferences for receiving bills, statements, and related documents. This research is based on surveys with more than 3,000 U.S. adult consumers (18 years and older).
•InfoTrends Graph Expo client breakfast: Mr. Hamilton will have a prominent role at InfoTrends’ Graph Expo client breakfast on Monday morning September 29. He will be joined by other InfoTrends presenters including Jeff Hayes, Barb Pellow, and Kaspar Roos
