RevSpring’s Casey Williams will speak on the impact revenue cycle interactions have on the patient experience at four separate educational sessions this September.

Healthcare professionals looking to improve the patient experience often focus on the clinical interactions and atmosphere of the healthcare experience. However, what tends to be overlooked is the revenue cycle’s influence on the patient experience. RevSpring’s Casey Williams has helped fill a void regarding this conversation.

Williams, Vice President of Direct Healthcare Sales at RevSpring, brings a unique perspective to how today’s patients perceive their quality of care, and how revenue cycle interactions are affecting it. He has presented to over a dozen different educational associations, and is scheduled to present to four more this September.
