The University of Maryland, Baltimore County’s (UMBC) Health Information Technology Graduate Programs’ Virtual Information Session provides an opportunity for individuals to learn about UMBC’s Health IT Master in Professional Studies.

UMBC’s Health IT Graduate Programs’ Virtual Information Session will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. EDT. The session will provide an overview of the program’s innovative curriculum and practice-oriented instruction, designed for working professionals. Participants will also learn how a graduate degree can help advance their career in the Health IT industry.

According to a report by Burning Glass Technologies, since 2007, postings for health informatics jobs have increased 10x faster than health care jobs overall.
