Many companies spend a large percentage of their operating budget on items like advertising and marketing and almost nothing on developing the customer service culture in their company.

The two Long Island brands will be hosting the event featuring; “The Importance of an Exceptional Customer Service Culture” and “Making Effective Speaking Presentations.” The Networking and Seminar Event is primarily for the business community on Long Island, and will take place at the Stony Brook Holiday Inn at 6pm on Tuesday, October 7th, 2014.

The Business Doctors will speak and answer questions about their specialty, customer service, during an interactive presentation entitled “Creating an Exceptional Service Culture in your Business”. Sheila and Michael will highlight a comprehensive approach to total customer service designed for all companies across every industry.

Skolnick says, “Many companies spend a large percentage of their operating budget on items like advertising and marketing and almost nothing on developing the customer service culture in their company. How we serve our customers at every level is integral to the success and profitability of our companies!”

Vince Lancella of Speak Freely will present, “The Art of Business Speaking”, Vince will explain the dynamic blueprint of how to be an effective speaker in specific business situations.

Vince comments, “Speaking in front of a group is still one of the most feared situations in our business culture today, I can help you gain that confidence that you need so you will actually look forward to speaking instead of being afraid to get up. The better you are in these situations the greater success you will attain.”

The combining of these two subjects are an interesting mix and should attract a wide variety of businesses to attend this seminar.

The first part of the meeting will be a light dinner, followed by a meet and greet and networking event before the programs begin. After that, The Business Doctors and Speak Freely will make their full presentation and a question and answer session to follow.
