Integration to Expedite Sales Process for FLEX F&I Dealers



CAR-Research, an AutoLoop company, announced today that its industry-leading CRM application, XRM, has earned certification for integration with the FLEX dealer management system (DMS) as part of Autosoft’s FLEX Connect program. Autosoft, Inc., is a leading national dealer solutions provider.

The certification process required collaboration and development between Autosoft and CAR-Research, resulting in a more integrated CRM solution for FLEX DMS dealers using XRM. Craig Finnigan, CAR-Research CRM Product Manager, views the integration as an additional value for Autosoft’s FLEX DMS dealers. “By integrating applications, we are expediting the dealer process of selling a vehicle,” he said. “With a real-time interface, as soon as dealers click the push button in XRM, the customer’s deal will be available in Autosoft.”

For example, dealers using a desking feature in XRM can calculate a payment in XRM and then push that data (including all the customer’s information) to Autosoft’s FLEX F&I, eliminating dual entry and possible errors, as well as speeding up the sale. Once the deal is finalized in the DMS, the record is sent back to XRM to be used for future targeted marketing and customer follow-up.
